BLUE ICE MIDGE:
HOOK: TMC 2487, Daiichi 1130, # 18-22
THREAD: Gordon Griffith 14/0, Black
UNDERBODY/ABDOMEN: Blue Krystal Flash
OVERBODY: Micro tubing, clear
THORAX: Black UV Ice Dub
