Before their was The Owens Valley, there was a quonset hut near avenue “D” (Hwy. 138) and 210th Street in the Antelope Valley, Garlock, Randsburg and Red Mountain near Mojave, CA. Parks’ Fly Shop is located in Gardiner, MT, where the Yellowstone River flows North out of the park. I stopped there with Ally in 2001.
