I also tie a version of this pattern with a light coastal deer hair wing and copper wire rib. It is taken as a small Caddis that inhabits the East Walker River.

I really wanted to use this pattern along the edges on the EWR on this trip…the lower flows made this a difficult proposition…so, I did not…maybe next time …. ???
