So Ally and I headed North to visit Michael and Aimee in San Francisco and to deliver those flies in the previous post for their trip to Montana next week. What follows is a account of some of the activities we engaged in including what we do best when together…try out eateries and try out eateries…with a visit to a Fly Shop, if possible…
Michael’s favorite joint for Szechuan, blow your head off, spicy seafood…I couldn’t tell what any of this was, since there was no ENGLISH on the menu and Aimee and I were the only non-asians in the place…

Saturday morning, we left San Francisco and headed up to Sonoma County and paid a visit to the Leland Fly Fishing Ranch…an interesting place that is now their HQ – until they open another brick and mortar store in the city…I like this indoor/outdoor experience…with a casting and fishing lake…
